Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of unworn hair accessories, bonnets, and pillowcases within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, bonnets that have been worn are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return: To begin a return, please contact our customer service at crownedbyroyaltyy@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process.

Options for Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, you can choose either a full refund or an exchange for another item.

Return Fee: There is a return fee of £3, which covers the administrative costs associated with processing the return. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues swiftly.

Exclusions: Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. For the quickest exchange, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Processing of Refunds: After we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
