How can I prevent my pillowcase from staining?
To avoid stains:

  • Sleep on your pillowcase with dry curls, avoiding greases or oils.
  • Cover your pillowcase with a dark-colored cotton pillowcase for extra protection.
  • If a stain occurs, wash the pillowcase immediately.

How often should I wash my satin items?
Use one side of the pillowcase for one night, then switch to the other side the next night. Continue for two nights before washing.

How do I wash my pillowcases and bonnets?

  • Machine wash separately on a low heat silk wash setting and hang to dry.
  • Alternatively, hand wash in cool water using a silk wash product or sulphate-free shampoo.

What material are the pillowcases made of?
Our pillowcases are made of polyester satin, which has a super soft, silky feel.

Can I return/exchange my items?
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
