At Crowned by Royalty, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you find that our hair accessories, bonnets, or pillowcases do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return the unworn items to us. Please adhere to the following guidelines for returns:

1. Time Frame for Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Condition of Returned Items: We can only accept returns of items that have not been worn. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition.

4. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, you can opt for a full refund or an exchange.

5. Chargeable Return Fee: Please note that returning a product is subject to a chargeable fee, which will be the responsibility of the customer. This fee covers the costs associated with the return process.
